Will Ferguson, Contributor
Banff Centre Press

Will Ferguson's debut novel, Generica (Penguin 2001), was hailed by the Globe and Mail as an "uncompromising and brilliant satire." Ferguson is also the author of eight non-fiction works, including Why I Hate Canadians (Douglas & McIntyre 1997), Bastards & Boneheads (Douglas & McIntyre 1999), and Canadian History for Dummies (CDG 2000). He once hitchhiked the length of Japan, following the cherry blossoms north, as retold in his travel narrative, Hokkaido Highway Blues (Soho 1998). Ferguson currently lives in Calgary with his wife and young son.
