What we do
The Lab’s main objective is to research the interconnections of arts, ecology, and culture and the application of these interconnections to the practice of leadership.
Our research is designed to:
- Springboard on past work by integrating the arts with leadership development
- Refine and deepen this work
- Extend this integrative approach to create new links in the areas of arts, ecology, intelligent corporate social responsibility and culture:
Our three areas of focus are:
1. Applied Research. Using a variety of known and emergent formats, methods, and processes we explore the synergies of arts, ecology, and culture, and seek ways to integrate our findings into the practice of leadership development.
2. Program Evolution. Where appropriate we integrate our research results into our existing programs to provide participants with leading-edge and high-impact programs.
3. New Product Development. Results results also identify opportunities for new product offerings and value-added work with existing and new clients.
