Our team of Executives-in-Residence plays a key role in bringing a real-life, practical experience dimension to our programs. Many of our executives are available to share their insights and advise in optional one-on-one coaching sessions with program participants.
Artists-in-Residence
Our team of Artists-in-Residence brings a myriad of diverse perspectives and divergent thinking into the leadership dialogue. Along with our newly formed Leadership Arts Ensemble, these master artists bring their unique skill, insight, and talents to bear in provoking whole brain thinking from a wide range of perspectives.
Ecologists-in-Residence
Our Ecologists-in-Residence provide deep leadership insights from the natural world. A new generation of thinking pertaining to natural systems, chaos theory, and the new approach to leadership based on networks provide leading-edge thinking to common leadership challenges. We are asking what it means to have businesses that actually work in harmony with the principles of natural systems. Nature generates no waste. Our current industrial system generates about 98% waste. Having businesses and leaders view the world from nature's perspectives will ensure sound multi-generational decisions that will better sustain our future for generations to come.
